Olioliva, the queen event of Ligurian autumn, returns to Imperia. Oneglia dresses up for the festivities and brings to the streets and squares, on the quay of Calata Cuneo the scents and colors of the territory, proudly representing that culture linked to quality extra virgin olive oil and the recognized uniqueness of the Taggiasca olive. Enhancement of gastronomic excellence but also workshops, tastings, culture and events.

A very rich program opens on Friday, November 4, at 9 a.m. with commercial booths and at 2:30 p.m. with institutional booths: the opening is scheduled for 3 p.m. Here in detail the

Scheduled over the three days are show cooking under the guidance of top chefs who will pair the princely product of the Taggiasca land with local fish and present pairings that also enhance the typicalities and flavors of the nearby mountains between Liguria and Piedmont.

Attractions of the three-day taste event also include tasting classes, thematic workshops, a school of knots and marine biology, exhibitions and entertainment.
The 2022 edition returns to feature the Literary Salon, thanks to the collaboration of bookstores and publishing houses, the ten-kilometer Marathon Club Marathon, and the traditional and always popular Castelvecchio Circle photo contest. Saturday evening will be dedicated to a charity initiative: a cabaret show at the Chamber of Commerce Auditorium sponsored by the Marathon in collaboration with the La Torre Lions Club.

During the three-day event, the Ligurian Alps Regional Nature Park is offering “Fly the Alps Smooth as Oil,” an emotional experience of the territory of the Ligurian Alps Nature Park at their booth.

Olioliva is organized by the Special Agency of the Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce., an event conceived and supported by CCIAA Riviere di Liguria, Liguria Region and the Municipality of Imperia with the co-participation of Filse/Liguria International, Fondazione Carige, and Parco Naturale Regionale Alpi Liguri and co-organized with the Trade Associations and Consortia recognized by Liguria Region.
