MOSCATO WINE (AND MUCH MORE)
Trezzo Tinella, Cossano Belbo
OBSERVING THE LANDSCAPE
Proceeding northwards into the Langhe wine area, vineyards become an increasingly extensive and dominant feature. The morphology of the hills and the steep “sorì” terraces is highlighted by the geometric design of the rows and paths between the estates. Traditional grape varieties such as Moscato, Dolcetto, Furmentin and others are used to make various sparkling and still Alta Langa wines.
