OBSERVING THE LANDSCAPE
The paths along the ridge of the Alta Langa hills of Mombarcaro offer views of sheep pastures. The profiles of the various hillsides follow each other in sequence, while several towers, such as the one in Murazzano, are useful landmarks. With luck, the Alps may appear on the horizon to the north, with the sharp profile of Monviso especially recognizable among others. Towards the Uzzone Valley, there is also a view of Prunetto Castle, overlooking a distinct gully.
